Meet Nicole
The Heart Behind My Practice

I’m fascinated by the human body and strongly believe in the healing potential of intentional, mindful touch.
Deep tissue work had once been my bodywork go-to, yet during my formal education I discovered how profoundly a gentle, intentional touch can support the body’s natural healing processes. This realization set me on a new path—one that ultimately led me to receiving a certificate in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Oncology.
I am also a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM), an organization dedicated to "supporting the safe delivery of massage therapy and esthetics for people living with cancer, promoting oncology massage and esthetics education standards, and collaborating in research."
Oncology massage is especially close to my heart. Having gone through cancer myself, I know how important it is to receive safe, informed massage from a trusted and properly trained source. My personal cancer journey has only deepened my passion for offering compassionate, knowledgeable care to others navigating similar experiences.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Oncology Massage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage works in harmony with the body, encouraging the natural movement of lymph fluid and supporting the immune system in a deeply calming way. It can help with the reduction of persistent swelling (edema), support for many autoimmune conditions, to enhanced detoxification, and easing symptoms for chronic allergy sufferers.
In an active community like Lake Tahoe, Manual Lymphatic Drainage offers powerful support for recovery from sports injuries and post-operative care, helping reduce swelling, speed healing, and get you back to doing what you love—feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced in your body.
